All The Best poster for sale.
Featured here is an actual surviving original Bollywood movie poster of the 2009 Hindi comedy directed by Rohit Shetty that starred an ensemble cast comprising Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu and Mugdha Godse in key roles.
Produced by Ajay Devgn, All The Best (2009) was inspired by the English comedy play, “Right Bed, Wrong Husband.” It also starred Johnny Lever, Asrani, Sanjay Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari, Ashwini Kalsekar, Atul Parchure and Vijay Patkar in supporting roles.
Printed and circulated during the debut of the film in theaters (somewhere in 2009), this All The Best poster was designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.
Lead actor, superstar Ajay Devgn is seen at the center holding the steering wheel of a racing car. He is flanked by actresses Bipasha Basu and Mugdha Godse on the left and right of the poster respectively. Superstar Sanjay Dutt is seen on the top left holding a wristwatch in his hands, while actor Fardeen Khan appears on the right holding a guitar.
Key scenes and stills appear in the background as pop art styled portraits. Comedian Johnny Lever along with the five lead characters are seen in various frames in the background.
Typography used in this All The Best poster is completely in English. The release date of the film that coincides with the auspicious festival of Diwali is announced on the top. The title appears in a fiery mix of yellow and orange in candy font encircled at the bottom. The subtitle of the film “Fun begins …” along with two words at the bottom (Laughs and Action) give away it’s comedy plot.
The soundtrack album of All The Best (2009) was composed by Pritam Chakraborty.
The success of All The Best (2009) inspired two regional remakes, Best of Luck (2010) in Malayalam and Ond Chance Kodi (2015) in Kannada.
