Featured here for sale is a reissue Bollywood poster of the 1990 blockbuster Hindi film that starred superstar Salman Khan and Nagma in lead roles. Directed by Deepak Shivdasani, Baaghi also starred Kiran Kumar, Shakti Kapoor, Mohnish Bahl, Asha Sachdev, Bharat Bhushan, Avtaar Gill, Kunika, Salim Khan, Amita Nangia and Dinesh Hingoo in supporting roles.

Nagma made her acting debut at the age of 15 with Baaghi and went on to later become the queen of the South Indian film industry, making this old Bollywood poster, highly collectible!

Printed and circulated subsequent to the first release of the film (somewhere in the 1990s), this Baaghi poster was designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

This old Salman Khan poster features a close up of the superstar in the center, holding a grenade launcher in his hands. He is seen flanked by actor Kiran Kumar dressed in a military uniform on the left and Shakti Kapoor pointing a pistol on the right. Actress Nagma is seen in a smaller photographic still at the bottom right of this Salman Khan poster.

An explosion of flames is seen in the background, suggesting the action genre of the film. The title of the film appears in yellow amidst flames at the bottom in English. A translation of the title in Devanagari Hindi script is see on the top right of this Salman Khan movie poster.

The soundtrack album of Baaghi, composed by Anand-Milind and written by Sameer, was a blockbuster hit at the time of the film’s release. Songs from the film like, “Kaisa Lagta Hai” sung by Anuradha Paudwal and Amit Kumar, “Tap Tap Tapori” sung by Amit Kumar and Anand Chitragupt and “Chandni Raat Hai” sung by Abhijeet and Kavita Krishnamurthy went on to become a rage throughout the nation and are played till today.
