This is an actual surviving original Bollywood movie poster of the 2010 Hindi political drama co-written, produced and directed by Prakash Jha. The film starred an ensemble cast comprising Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Arjun Rampal, Nana Patekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Sarah Thompson and Naseeruddin Shah.

Raajneeti (2010) was inspired from the Mahabharata and told the story of two warring political families. Katrina Kaif’s character was loosely modeled along real life political figure Sonia Gandhi, with critics praising her performance. The film was a blockbuster hit, making this Ranbir Kapoor poster, highly collectible!

Printed and circulated during the debut of the film in theaters (somewhere in 2010), this Raajneeti poster was designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

Actress Katrina Kaif is seen at the center in a full length colour still photo in this original Bollywood poster. Black and white close up photos of the rest of the cast, namely Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Nana Patekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Sarah Thompson and Naseeruddin Shah are seen around her.

Typography used in this Raajneeti movie poster is completely in English. The subtitle of the film, “Politics … and Beyond” is seen at the bottom.

The background score was composed by Wayne Sharpe while the soundtrack album was composed by Wayne Sharpe, Shantanu Moitra, Pritam and Aadesh Shrivastava.
