This is an actual surviving poster of the film Pocket Maar, which featured two of the best looking actors of the time, Dharmendra and Saira Banu in the lead roles. Printed and circulated somewhere during the release of the film, this beautiful hand drawn old Bollywood movie poster was originally designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

This poster was originally designed on a hand painted canvas, making it very collectable.

The poster features a stunning hand drawn portrait of Dharmendra wearing a hat and smoking a cigarette, against a fiery red background. The primary typography used in this poster is Hindi Devanagari script – presumably to appeal more to the local Hindi speaking audience. Secondary typography used is English, on the bottom left of the poster.
