Classic Indian film poster of the blockbuster Bollywood movie Mohra (1994) for sale.

This is an actual surviving classic Hindi poster of the 1994 Bollywood movie that starred Naseeruddin Shah, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Raveena Tandon in lead roles.

Actress Divya Bharti was originally considered for playing the female lead in Mohra. After her sudden demise, Raveena Tandon was roped in as a replacement. Songs from the film became a rage throughout the nation. In particular, the track “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast” became so popular that it earned actress Raveena Tandon the moniker “The mast mast girl.”

Printed and circulated 50 weeks after the original first release of the film (somewhere in the early 1990s), this Mohra movie poster was designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

Cashing in on the tremendous popularity of the song “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast,” this rare celebratory poster printed during the successful 50th week run of the film proudly announces on the top “50th Mast Mast Week.”
