Khiladi No. 1 starred Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar alongside Kannada star Vishnu Vardhan. Ashwini Bhave, Mamta Kulkarni, Puneet Issar, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Sharat Saxena and Pankaj Dheer played supporting roles in the film.
Printed and circulated during the subsequent release run of the film in theaters (somewhere in the 1990s), this Akshay Kumar movie poster was printed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.
