Ladaaku poster for sale.
This is an actual surviving rare vintage Bollywood poster of the old 1981 action Hindi film that featured the most popular villain of Indian cinema, Amjad Khan in and as “Ladaaku.”
Directed by Dinesh Ramnesh, Ladaaku (1981) also starred Sarika, Raj Kiran, Vijay Arora, Jagdeep and Ranjeet in supporting roles.
Printed and circulated a few years after the first release of the film (somewhere in the 1980s), this old Bollywood poster was originally designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.
This old Hindi movie poster was originally designed in hand painted oil on canvas format by an art studio in Delhi.
Amjad Khan is seen in a stunning hand drawn portrait, holding a knife in one hand and a pistol in the other in this Ladaaku poster. Ranjeet is seen in a quirky hand painted portrait below, wearing an embellished leather jacket and a helmet, taking aim from a pistol.
Typography used in this Ladaaku poster is primarily in English, with the title translated in Devanagari Hindi as well. The English title of the film appears in a slanted 3D like yellow font, while the Hindi title appears in simplistic white at the bottom.
A soothing gradient tone is used in the background of this old Bollywood poster Delhi print, with sparkling stars and dripping brush strokes lending a vintage feel.
The soundtrack album of Ladaaku was composed by Usha Khanna.
