Produced by Pravin and released under the Zubee Films’ banner, Lutera Aur Jadugar (1968) also starred Azad, Tabassum, Meenakshi, Mohan Choti, Sherry and Rajan Haksar in supporting roles.

Lutera Aur Jadugar (1968) was a fantasy adventure that told the story of a princess played by actress Nishi who is snatched by an evil bird from aboard her royal ship and taken to a magical land where she is held prisoner by an evil magician. Her lover played by actor Jagdeep teams up with a pirate played by Azad to rescue her.

Printed and circulated during the first release of the film in theaters (somewhere in 1968), this old Bollywood poster was printed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

This Bollywood ship movies poster was originally designed in hand painted oil on canvas format by a movie poster design studio in Bombay and features striking illustrated artwork.

An old ship is seen sailing the high seas on the top of this Lutera Aur Jadugar poster. A sword fight is illustrated in stick figures on the center right in the background, giving away the action oriented plot of the film.

Typography used in this Lutera Aur Jadugar poster is entirely in English, with the title hand painted using four different colors – i.e. red, purple, sky blue and black. It appears in a wavy font at the bottom, which instantly draws the onlooker’s attention.

The soundtrack album of Lutera Aur Jadugar (1968) was composed by Suresh Kumar. It featured the popular song, “Tere Karam Ki Raah Mein” sung by Mohammed Rafi.
