This is an actual surviving SRK movie poster of the 2017 Hindi film that featured the “King of Bollywood” Shah Rukh Khan along with a supporting star cast of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mahira Khan, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Atul Kulkarni, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sunny Leone.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Gauri Khan, Raees is believed to be an adaptation of the real life of criminal Abdul Latif.

Raees was among the highest grossing Bollywood films of 2017 and became Bollywood’s highest overseas grosser of 2017. The film also set the record for highest earning Bollywood weekend grosser ever in Singapore, making this Raees official poster, highly collectible!

Printed and circulated during the debut release of the film in 2017, this glossy Shah Rukh Khan movie poster was originally designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

A stunning photograph of superstar Shah Rukh Khan wearing a green Pathani suit is seen prominently in this Raees official poster. Sitting with one leg crossed over the other, the superstar’s body language and expression give away his character as mafia boss. He is seen wearing glasses and his iconic Rolex watch from the film. The background shows a warehouse with several bootlegged liquor bottles. A vintage rotary dial landline phone seen in the distance gives away the period setting of the movie.

Typography used in this Raees official poster is completely in English. The title of the film is seen in a strikingly unique font style. The release date of the film is mentioned at the bottom as “25.1.2017.”

An iconic dialogue from the movie, “Baniye Ka Dimaag aur Miyanbhai Ki Daring (The Mind of a Baniya and the Daring of a Muslim)” is seen written on the top right of this Raees official poster.

The soundtrack album for Raees included the cult hit, “Laila Main Laila” from the 1980 film Qurbani. The song featured porn star Sunny Leone in a special appearance.
