Bobby is a 1973 romantic Hindi film directed by Raj Kapoor, starring his son Rishi Kapoor opposite debutante Dimple Kapadia.

The film was a blockbuster hit, owing largely to its pioneering plot that revolved around teenage romance (a taboo at the time of the film’s release). Bobby won numerous awards including the 1974 Filmfare Award for Best Actor (Rishi Kapoor) and Filmfare Award for Best Actress (Dimple Kapadia).
