This is an actual surviving original vintage Bollywood poster of the old 1977 Hindi film directed by Surendra Mohan that starred Vinod Khanna, Pran and Moushumi Chatterjee in key roles.

This action packed crime drama also starred Rakesh Roshan, Nirupa Roy and Priyadarshini in supporting roles. Rajesh Khanna, Pradeep Kumar, Laxmi Chhaya and Mehmood made guest appearances in the film.

Printed and circulated during the original first release run of the film (somewhere in 1977), this Hatyara movie poster was designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

This vintage Bollywood poster was originally designed in hand painted oil on canvas format by one of the most sought after Bollywood poster painters of his time, D.R. Bhosle. The printed signature of the master artist is seen on the top right of this Hatyara movie poster .

Two stunningly realistic large portraits of actors Vinod Khanna and Pran are seen in this Bollywood poster. The long barrel of a rifle is seen dividing the two portraits. Broad visible brush strokes add a rugged and macho character to the faces.

True to the trademark style of master Bollywood poster artist D.R. Bhosle, the background is minimal in a shade of white.
