This is an actual surviving rare original Indian film poster of the 1976 Marathi movie that starred Jayshree Gadkar and Shreeram Lagoo in lead roles.

Produced under the Shiv Productions banner, Majha Mulga (1976) was directed by Yeshwant Pethkar. The film also starred Sarla Yeolekar, Vikram Gokhale, Dhumal, Gulab Korgaonkar, Tarangini Panshikar and Narayan Bhave in supporting roles.

Printed and circulated during the first release of the film in theaters (somewhere in 1976), this rare Marathi movie poster was printed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

This Majha Mulga movie poster was originally designed in hand painted oil on canvas format by a poster design studio in Bombay. The printed signature of Bollywood poster painter G.R. Kareker is seen on the bottom right of the poster.

Actor Shreeram Lagoo is seen in a stunning illustration on the top right, with his face appearing in blue. Actress Jayshree Gadkar is seen in the foreground, holding her baby in a strikingly accurate rendition. The supporting cast appears alongside in over painted still photos in this old Marathi movie poster.

Lettering used in this poster is entirely in Devanagari Hindi, with the title appearing in red, outlined in yellow.

The soundtrack album of Majha Mulga was written and composed by Yashwant Deo.
