Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara poster for sale.
This is an actual surviving original Bollywood movie poster of the 2011 Hindi film directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Farhan Akhtar & Ritesh Sidhwani.
ZNMD is based on the story of three childhood friends who reunite for a road trip. It starred Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar, Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin in key roles.
Filmed partly in Spain, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara was a massive success at the box office, garnering widespread critical acclaim. At the 57th Filmfare Awards, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara bagged seven awards, including Best Film, Best Film (Critics), Best Director (Zoya Akhtar) and Best Supporting Actor (Farhan Akhtar).
ZNMD was one of the highest grossing Bollywood films of 2011 in India and internationally, making this Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara poster, highly collectible!
Printed and circulated during the debut of the film in theaters (somewhere in 2011), this Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara poster was designed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.
The iconic scene where the three friends visit the La Tomatina festival of Buñol is depicted in this Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara poster. Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar, Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin are seen in a group on top of a truck laden with tomatoes. The La Tomatina festival is seen unfolding in the background.
Typography used in this ZNMD poster is entirely in English except for its title, which appears in Devanagari Hindi in yellow at the bottom. The release date of the film is seen at the bottom left of this Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara movie poster.
Composer trio Shankar, Ehsaan & Loy composed the smash hit soundtrack album of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. The lyrics were written by Javed Akhtar. The composers engaged María del Mar Fernández, a Spanish flamenco singer, to perform the vocals on “Señorita,” her first song for a feature film.
Señorita became a rage throughout the nation at the time of the film’s release and is fondly remembered till today. The song also marked the singing debut of Hrithik Roshan and Abhay Deol, who sang it along with Farhan Akhtar.
