Featured here for sale is an original Bollywood poster of the blockbuster 2004 Hindi film Veer-Zaara that featured the “King of Bollywood” Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role along with Preity Zinta and Rani Mukerji.
Veer-Zaara (2004) also featured special appearances of superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Dreamgirl Hema Malini. Manoj Bajpayee, Divya Dutta, Kirron Kher, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher and Tom Alter played supporting roles in the film.
Produced and directed by the King of Bollywood romance Yash Chopra, Veer-Zaara (2004) was the top-grossing Bollywood film of the year at both the Indian and the international box office. Showcased at numerous prominent film festivals around the world (most notably the Berlin Film Festival), Veer-Zaara was labeled as the most romantic film of year 2004 by critics.
The film was a stellar success not only in India and Pakistan, but also overseas, most notably in United Kingdom, Germany, France, South Africa, Canada and the United States. Veer-Zaara was 2004’s top-grossing Bollywood production overseas and was declared an all time blockbuster.
