Produced by K.C. Bokadia, Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam (2002) also starred Alok Nath, Aruna Irani, Atul Agnihotri, Suman Ranganathan, Laxmikant Berde, Vikas Anand and Dinesh Hingoo in supporting roles.

A remake of K.S. Adhiyaman ‘s previous Tamil film, Thotta Chinungi (1995), Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam (2002) was slated to be released in the 1990s. However production delays deferred the release of the film by six years.
