Pyaas starred actress Zeenat Aman in the lead role. Kanwaljeet Singh, Anju Mahendru, Tanuja Samarth, O.P. Ralhan, Kamini Kaushal, Manmohan Krishna, Dheeraj Kumar, Mac Mohan and Madan Puri played supporting roles in the film.

Printed and circulated during the first release of the film in theaters (somewhere in the early 1980s), this vintage Pyaas movie poster was made for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.

This old Bollywood poster was originally designed using a combination of both hand painted as well as photographic collage techniques. Lead actress Zeenat Aman is seen at the center of this original movie poster in a beautiful hand painted portrait. She is seen in holding a broom.
