Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge is a cult Hindi romance that was produced by the King of Bollywood romance, Yash Chopra and directed by his son, debutante director Aditya Chopra.
It starred superstar Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) and Kajol in lead roles. Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal, Anupam Kher, Satish Shah, Achala Sachdev, Himani Shivpuri, Parmeet Sethi, Mandira Bedi, Pooja Ruparel, Anaita Shroff and Karan Johar played supporting roles in the film.
Printed and circulated to commemorate the film’s historic milestone of completing 500 weeks in 2005, this DDLJ poster for sale was originally designed and printed for publicity of the film but never ended up being used.
